Biography
Sinead Lynch began her path of practice from an unlikely angle, working as a national press photographer. The highly stressed and demanding nature of the job led her to begin the study of yoga as a way of regaining balance. Her love of yoga brought her to India where it naturally developed into the study of Ayurvedic medicine and an understanding of health from a holistic approach. Sinead travels to India yearly to increase her knowledge in both yoga and Ayurveda.
This holistic approach to understanding healing brought her to learn Reiki with Angie Buxton-King and Graham King, celebrated healers working in the NHS.
Sinead is also influenced by Jill Purce, Britain's leading expert in sound healing who has worked for many years studying the therapeutic effect of sound on the mind, body and spirit.
All these diverse practices were brought together in training under Lena Chandler, a former midwife and specialist in Birth, Fertility and Child reflexology.
Using relfexology as a foundation, Sinead draws from all her practices to bring a holistic approach to her treatments, advising on diet, mental/spiritual wellbeing, the use of yoga postures and reiki.
It is only in understanding the mind body and soul that proper, lasting success can be achieved in any form of healing.
Sinead is a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
