Reflexology for fertility, pregnancy and birth

Reflexology is an effective treatment to aid fertility and as part of a preconception care program. It helps the body’s natural relaxation response, alleviate anxiety and by working on points directly connected to the female reproductive system can help create optimum conditions for pregnancy to occur. It can also be used prior to and in conjunction with fertility treatments such as IVF.

Reflexology is a wonderful treatment to have during pregnancy and can help with any associated symptoms such as tiredness, nausea, back strain, and hypertension. It can reduce any anxiety or stress so that you can enjoy your pregnancy to the full and your baby can benefit too.
